Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Sukho Thai Healing for your massage and bodywork needs. To ensure the highest quality service for our clients, we have implemented the following policies:

1. Appointment Policy:

• All services are by appointment only; no walk-ins, please.

2. Booking and Cancellation:

• A Credit Card is required for all appointments, including same-day bookings. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a fee charged to your card or package on file.
• We enforce a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
• NO EXCEPTIONS; Any cancellations or Reschedule within 24 hour window will be charged the full price of service, Regardless of any reasons

3. Professional Conduct:

• Massage therapy is solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances, will result in immediate termination of the session. No refunds will be provided for the current session or any sessions bought in advance. Offending individuals will be banned from the premises.
• Please treat our therapists with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

4. Client Etiquette:

• New clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes early for health intake and consultation. Late arrivals – no fee is charged but you will be charge in full price and your appointment will be end at the scheduled time.

5. Special Considerations:

• Pregnant clients may only book for Pre-Natal massage any other bookings for pregnant women will be refuse by therapist and subject to cancellation policy.
• We do not offer refunds for massage services or gift cards.

6. Sales Tax and Gift Certificates:

• Gift certificate purchases are exempt from sales tax. However, the NY state service tax of 4.5% is applied at the time of service.

7. Payment and Gratuities:

• We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. No 3rd Party Vouchers or gift card credit card are accepted.
• Gratuities are appreciated and accepted in Cash Only.

8. Client Confidentiality and Health Information:

• We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal and health information confidential. Any information shared during the session, including health conditions, will be kept secure. Clients are encouraged to inform their therapist of any health concerns that may impact the massage session.

9. General Terms:

• Prices are subject to change without notice. All services, products, and gift certificates are non-refundable. Pricing is non-negotiable, and discounts cannot be combined.
